I've only used it for a month but I like the way my skin looks, and I know the vitamins are good for me, so I will continue to use it not only for my skin but my general health. I take two pills daily with a meal as directed. I will continue to order it and use it as part of my daily regime of health and care for my skin, hair, and nails.
