These people are scam artists and should be closed down. They will keep the refund money but apologize and tell you it's refunded. Shipping prices are ridiculously high and you are lucky if you even receive the item 2 or 3 months later. They will mark delivered even if you didn't receive it and keep your money! Scam!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
