    Beware of hidden fee

    Overall Experience:

    First, their customer service team is horrible. I don't think they have a manual on how to deal with customers. They don't inform you any unnecessary cost that they want to expect the customer to pay, so be careful when you ask for a free box.

    I canceled their subscription once I tried a free box. Their contact lens is not comfy comparing with Acuvue, which I use, so I canceled it. But my subscription ended on Sunday, so I called them on the next day morning to cancel my subscription. But the representative told me that mine was already shipped. (it turned out they shipped 7 PM on the same day). So he told me that to simply return the product when I get it.

    However, I only got a partial return. Shipping/handling/restocking cost is $11, so I get only $33. And they said that the hidden fee is shown somewhere on their website, and they use a third party shipping company so that I have to accept it. What kind of service is that? Horrible service ever.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
