    Not worth the discount

    Overall Experience:

    I started ordering simple jewelry on here about a year ago and didn't have any trouble with the first couple orders. Then I ordered a bigger order for clothes, and it never came. I contacted support and they refunded me weeks later after lots of back and forth.

    I decided to give it one more try and ordered rings for Christmas with a promised delivery of December 11th. It's the 21st and I haven't received my rings, and customer service doesn't know where they are because they can't track the shipment. They offered a refund, which I didn't want to go through the process again, so I told them I was just concerned about getting the product, which they again told me there was nothing they could do since they had no idea where the package was.

    I'm deleting my app and am never shopping here again. Don't waste your time. I was really excited about this Christmas gift, and now I have to come up with another last minute idea.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
