I started taking this probiotic about two months ago. I felt a change of improved digestion within about one week. My chronic constipation improved with the extra water suggested. That was so wonderful that I followed with more fiber in my diet taking the probiotic. What a difference these changes made. I will continue taking ActivatedYou and following the suggestions made. This really made a difference for me.
