I like Lift and Firm because it works. It has softened the frown lines between my eyebrows, helped remove the fine lines around my mouth left from smoking (quilt 25 years ago, but the lines didn't care!), and helped soften and lift the lines just below the corners of my mouth. Also, it has helped the turkey neck that appeared even though I am not related to turkeys in any way. It hasn't completely tightened my neck, but there is a definite improvement in the appearance of my neck and chin.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
