As administrator of my deceased father’s estate, one night I lay awake wondering how I was going to sell Dad’s condo, so I sat up in bed and turned on the bed light and the laptop and typed into Google Search “How to find a great realtor in Concord California 94521”.

Within seconds I had three interesting referral choices in front of me: first was HomeLight, second was Top Agents Ranked, and third was Endorsed Local Providers. I reached out to all three before turning off the laptop and the bed light to finally get some rested sleep. When I awoke a few hours later, there were referrals to three agents and brokers from each referral service for a total of nine possibilities in my email.
