Dan met with us to discuss listing price more than once, each time updating us on the most recent market statistics and their impact on our sale.
Once our listing went live, we accepted an offer exceeding our expectations within 48 hours. The most interesting part is that the buyer's agent was the other realtor we had met with from HomeLight! So clearly HomeLight was right on target with their recommendations for us and our neighborhood.
Overall I highly recommend the HomeLight service and would definitely use it again if I ever need to find a new agent.
