I’ve been with Scentbird for 5 or 6 months. It was bumpy at the beginning, maybe user error, or not understanding the process. Customer service responded, and after 2 or 3 emails, all was back on track. With that said, I’m impressed that customer service responded and a resolution came to pass. I’ve been with other sites that take weeks just to respond, so kudos to Scentbird.
As far as the fragrances, l haven’t had one that l didn’t like. I usually go with “fragrance of the month” in order to sample something I normally would not pick. I’m highly satisfied with the price and purchases.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
