I’ve struggled with customer service with Scentbird. I wish that things were more point and click and done. When reaching out, it took a few emails to get anything complete. I wish it was an easier process or that customers could call in. I also wish there was a wider variety.
I also feel the scent profile doesn’t match my scent preferences. I’ve added in perfumes I love and guessed new ones I may like on recommendations per Scentbird, and they just haven’t met my expectation. Overall, I’ve liked having new scents even if they don’t completely appeal to me. I don’t have to purchase a whole bottle or get a migraine trying ten different scents at a store.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
