It has ALWAYS been a rule to smell before purchase. I NEVER buy a fragrance unless I can not only smell it, but wear it to see how it works with my body pH and if it is long-lasting. Scentbird has made this a lot easier, especially with names and brands I'm not familiar with. I have a new perfume shopping list based solely on my Scentbird purchases.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
