    Customer service is the only downfall

    Overall Experience:

    I love the products, and have been subscribed for a year now and never had any problems, until my December order. I usually receive my order on time third week of the month no problem, but in December, I did not. Trying to get in touch with someone (via email, which is the only way) was taxing, to say the least. After explaining the issue to them, they said they would look into it.

    I finally got a shipping notification on January 2nd (Yay!), so I sent a reply back to thank them and let them know I received shipping info and to make sure that my actual January order (which I’ve already been charged for, so she better be on time) wouldn’t be affected by this hiccup. Well, it’s January 10th and there is no response. Also, I still haven’t received my December order.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      Thank you for writing us an honest review about your experience! I know this response is a year late but I would like to apologize as this is not the service level we wanted you to have. We had shipping delays last year during the final stage of our warehouse transition and this affected many of our subscribers. I'm sorry for any frustration this may cause, but I can definitely assure you that we've been actively working on improving our shipping processes and communication for the last few months :) We were also a very small (but quickly) growing team back then but we now have a dedicated team to each of our support channels!
