I have very severe dark spots around both eyes, and high on the cheekbones. A combination of age, genes (my father and one of his sisters had the same), HRT transdermal patch (now in a lower dosage) and glaucoma meds have exacerbated the "hyperpigmentation" around my eyes (no other location, however).
My spouse takes my photo once per week, starting with a baseline photo when I first applied the formula, followed by weekly photos in the same light, same location, no makeup. I am now completing full week three.
I apply the formula minimally in the morning and at night. If I work from home during the day, I apply it more frequently. Otherwise, I wear makeup with an SPF rating over Clinique sunscreen for the face.
Both of us can see subtle improvement as the spots lighten. It's not dramatic (as of course one would hope!), but it's substantial enough that I will continue using the formula. I purchased two bottles, which I plan to complete.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
