    Focallure

    Terrible customer service

    Overall Experience:

    I placed an order with Focallure on December 30th. As of yet, my order has not shipped, yet they charged my credit card immediately. When I ordered they said items would be shipped within 2-3 days and delivered within 5-7 days. When I contact them, I get the same "we will get it shipped as soon as possible." Every reply is the same and seems to be automated. Today I tried the online chat and again get the same feedback. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
