    Rocky start, good ending

    Overall Experience:

    I ordered my package in late November and was disappointed it didn't arrive by January. After contacting HiSmile a second time on the 19th, and they promptly refunded my original shipping, gave me a new shipping code (that actually worked this time), and sent my package express with a free day and night toothpaste set. My package arrived today (25th)! I'm really looking forward to giving this product a go and will update my review with results.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Where's my product?

    After watching countless Instagram stars, I decided to treat myself, all $115AUD worth. I received my tracking code on the 5th of December. The shipping code did not work; in fact, it is still says pending. On the 28th of December, I sent an email asking what was happening and was told my order was actually shipped on the 13th and that I should wait the entire 6-10 shipping days (lots of public holidays around Christmas, so I figured it got caught up there). Then they told me there was a glitch with my shipping code, but there was no offer to fix it or let me know where my order was. It's now the 19th of January, and I've not received my package. Where is it? Was it even sent?
