    One Two Lash

Must try, but have realistic expectations

    Overall Experience:

I was so excited and intrigued to try One Two magnetic lashes. I thought they would be life-changing, the way clip-in hair extensions had been for me. I LOVE the idea of magnetic lashes and the possibility of ease of use. Although my experience has not been life-changing, it has been okay.

First of all, I highly commend the customer service and the communication of this company. Very excellent, friendly reps, fast shipping, and not to mention, the weekly email newsletter. I really feel this company strives to satisfy the customer.

With that being said, the lashes could use some improvements. The lashes are not very easy at first. If the lashes do not hit against your lash line, they are very noticeable. Also, they do not blend very well with the natural lash. Even the full strip One Two Lash gives an obvious appearance due to the magnets only being on the outer corners. With an exposed mid- eyelid, it’s a sure giveaway. Also, the quality of the lash fibers seems lacking when compared to some less pricey strip lashes made of high-quality lashes (mink or cruelty-free).

Also, the length of the lashes is not suiting for every eye shape. There is no way to cut them down due to the placement of the magnet. So I’m left with a strangely oversized eyelash.

I have lost many a real lash to the numerous attempts at magnetic lashes. My natural lashes have fallen victim to removing the magnets. Also, since the magnetic lashes need to adhere to a mascara-ed real lash, the magnets tend to get stuck in the lash it the mascara is too thick or sticky (anything volumizing or waterproof). I have to admit, I’ve put down the One Two Lash for a few weeks to allow my lashes time to heal and grow back.

These lashes are a great idea. I’m sure One Two will continue to make improvements and provide more lash options. I recommend trying this product for yourself, but have realistic expectations.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
