First off, these take some time getting used to, just like anything new. Right off the bat, I dropped one and couldn't find it. I was just sick. I called customer service and boy, what service! The guy said "no problem," he would send me another. I asked how much and he said, "free of charge." What they sent was another complete set and a tip of laying down a white towel, before I begin. I've done just that, and now when I drop one, I can pick it right up.
I have a much easier time applying the right one than the left. I'm right-handed, so I guess that is it. I have worn them a few times and once for all day. Once you get used to them, they are fabulous! I would love to order the whole ones but will have to save money for those. These are for the end of your lashes.
