I needed a tux for a wedding I was standing up in, and The Black Tux experience has been great! I loved how simple and easy determining my size and selecting my tux was. The reminder emails from the team were also helpful in providing peace of mind that the tux was on its way.
When the tux arrived, it was clear the team had thought of everything. They made sure you were trying on your suit well before the event in case it needed to be resized, and they provided the return label AND a strip of tape to shut the box with (it’s the little things).
A couple of the boys in our group rented tuxes from other tux rental companies and the difference in quality, style and fit were obvious. The best way to sum it up is that The Black Tux renters looked like they were wearing a tux they owned and fitted to them, rather than clearly wearing a tux that was rented.
All in all, a great experience and I’d be happy to rent from them again. Thanks Black Tux!
