    Not what I was hoping for, will never order again.

    Overall Experience:

    I'm disappointed with this Gold Coast company.

    I have purchased once a long time ago, used the whole thing, and no result at all. I just let it slide.

    This time they had 30% off so I thought I would give it another go. Same result. As I followed their money back guarantee steps and rules, they were able to 100% give me my money back!

    The process was fast and easy because I live in the same city as their warehouse. The customer service reps are nice too. Although I had to send the empty product back at my own cost, which is not mentioned on their website. I don't know how much people from other places like China can actually get back after their shipping fees.

    Anyway, I'm not sure how well it works for other people, but for me, it failed both times. However, it's much cheaper than professional whitening, maybe give it a go too?

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      I know it may seem disappointing to send the product back, however, this is stated in our terms and conditions as well as our money back guarantee "help" section. We require this so that we are able to see the product was used in full, and once we receive it in our warehouse, we process a full refund of the product costs.

      As we have a warehouse in both Australia and the UK, the orders can be returned to the warehouse of origin from every country in the world. However, we find most customers like to keep their products to continue their HiSmile journey as sometimes they just require some more product to achieve their desired whitening shade.
