    Terrible lenses, terrible customer service, scummy company.

    Overall Experience:

    I ordered on January 6th. They shipped on January 8th. I received them on January 17th. I didn't have a chance to try them until January 23rd. I wore them for about 2 hours, but I had to take them out as they were extremely uncomfortable and very dry. They seem to be quite low-quality and did not work in my eyes.

    I contacted the company the week after (January 29th), to cancel my order. Cancellation was a success, however, I received another box in the mail and was charged another $44! I called them to ask for a refund but was told "sorry, it's against our policy," even though the new shipment of contacts I received was UNOPENED and UNUSED. Service rep just kept repeating "sorry," and there was nothing they could do.

    Bottom line: Terrible lenses. Shady/scummy company in general. You'd better like the lenses. If you don't, there's a good chance you aren't getting your money back!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
