I ordered the women’s razor, waited about 3 weeks, and there is still no email that it was shipped. So I sent them an email, and got "the product you ordered is in high demand, it will ship soon." One week later I wrote another email; same reply. A couple days later I did a live chat; same reply, no answers, just that the product is shipping soon. Another week goes by and I wrote an email stating I wanted a refund; same crap "shipping soon." That was five days ago, and I still have not received a refund or the product. I filed a case with the BBB.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
