    Overall Experience:

    StyleWe photos and descriptions are false. The items are not as described. The sizes are not as measured. The fabrics are not true as described. The "designers" are nonexistent. The company is in China. They outsource to other countries for shipping. Their refund and returns are untrue. It is not their intent to refund your money. Returns are costly and go to California. The phone goes to voicemail. It is not responded to. The chats are canned. "Customer service" says, “be patient." There are delays in shipments. The shipment comes in multi bags and smashed.

    I was not refunded my money or my shipping. I was charged CUSTOMS fees by FedEx for an excess of the declared value of the items. I have filed complaints with the Attorney General, Consumer Affairs, Amex, and PayPal. I am out in excess of $500 for the orders, shipping and Customs charges from FedEx.

    This is a scam and fraud. Do not, under any circumstances, be tempted to order their copies. They are poorly made and cheaply assembled and will not fit. They cost the manufacturers pennies. The fabrics and styles are nothing like the photos. The "cashmere" fabrics are not comfortable and are thick and feel like carpet. If there was wool, it wasn't evident in the materials.

    Horrible experience. ZERO stars. Less than zero. STAY AWAY. Be prepared to lose your money.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
