I have been taking Vital Reds for about three weeks. At first, I thought I felt a little sharper and had a little more energy. But after about two weeks I noticed I was having a kind of sharp pain in the area of my heart. I've never had pain in my heart, so this really worried me. Because I was taking Vital Reds and nothing else, I wondered if this was a side effect of taking them. So, for the last three days, I have not taken Vital Reds, and the pain has gone away.
Possibly once a day is too much for my system, I don't know, but I will probably try a scoop every other day and see what happens. I really like the concept of this product and want it to work.
I was wondering if anyone else had this type of experience with the product. Thanks.
