I was really surprised to see that I lost weight the second week I was on this, despite my forgetting to take it every meal (it's a gray hair thing). I haven't had any side effects, but I do see I am eliminating more. I have been going to Weight Watchers for 2 years and have lost considerable weight, but still get cravings, which has held me back from achieving my goal weight. I only have 3 pounds to lose now, and I'm pretty sure this has helped me.
