My experience is pretty good except for the fact that the last two bottles have leaked. I don't know if we're not supposed to lay them down or what. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the Scentbird experience.

We are so sorry to hear that a few of your fragrance vials have leaked! You are able to lay your fragrance down, but we recommend checking to ensure the vial is tightly closed every now and then, as they can become looser over time and use.
