Unfortunately, the first time I forget to look into a company before purchasing from them, and it happened to be this awful one.
I placed a rather large order at the beginning of January, and after a week of not hearing anything from the company, I decided to do a quick Google search. This company has so many negative reviews against them as you can see just from this website alone.
I went to file a dispute on PayPal as I read they are even worse at providing refunds when requested, and I was greeted with a message to email the CEO directly, and my issue would be solved within 4 hours. This did not happen, nor did I receive an email back from the CEO, but their "customer service" team.
It took over a week, multiple emails back and forth and THREE deadlines for my refund to be issued before it finally was, only after I decided to file a dispute through PayPal.
You would honestly get better customer service and a cheaper product from AliExpress.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
