I am just finishing 3 weeks of this product. I have to say there is a definite difference in the dark spots. On one hand, the spots were larger and very dry, and appeared like a grid with squares and raised. As I look at them now, they are visible but lighter, and no more raised, dry looking patches. My skin on my hands no longer has that dry, thin-skinned, wrinkled appearance. So far am very impressed.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
