I ordered a chain, and it arrived with a broken clasp (5a653a342275e74f5db30f10). No one returns your emails to advise you how to return, AND, near as I can tell, they expect you to pay shipping to return it! Blue Sapphire mens ring ordered is of pathetic quality (5a653af35867b24ed87ab1f2).
I do not recommend them, nor will I order from them again, they are not customer service driven! Orders also are misleading; the pic shows a host of multi colored beads, but when I ordered, all I got was a string of black beads (5a767b9e940c51d04396e88b)!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
