    Difficulty returning

    Overall Experience:

    I called and spoke to a lady after noticing a charge on my statement. She said it was for the membership fee and I explained I did not want to inquire any further fees from them, and what I need to do?

    After a very lengthy phone call of back and forth with her trying to explain that the machine only worked with their make-up and me trying to explain it didn't matter to me, I didn't want any of it because my daughter didn't like it. I stated I would file a complaint with the FTC due to her not wanting to comply with my request, but that didn't seem to bother her at all.

    Finally, she said she would cancel and stop any further fees. Today I called and spoke to a gentleman and he said I could not return anything because it is past 30 days and when I spoke to the previous rep on 1/25, she canceled my membership only. Horrible customer service, and it was difficult to understand both of the reps.

    Worst company, don't waste your money. Shipping takes forever to leave the warehouse.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
