Overall Experience:

I use several Beverly Hills MD products. I started out with the Dark Spot Corrector and moved on from there to other products. I love the Lip Enhancer which works all day on my lips. When I buy products, I buy 3 at a time and sometimes a special will come up when I have 1 or 2 bottles left and I'll buy 3 more, because you never know when it will go on sale again. I had a Dark Spot Corrector with a bad pump, it was out of the 60-day guarantee warranted days. It took a few e-mails back and forth to explain the bad pump but I was able to get a new bottle. That is good customer service at it's best!
Pros and Cons:
- Free shipping
- Fast shipping
- Return within 60 days if not happy
- Have to pay return shipping if not happy with product
- Hassle getting defective new product
- Customer program should be able to buy product at the original price whenever you need the product, not be shipped the same product every month, don't go through the products that fast
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
