I have used the Dark Spot Diminisher for less than a month now and can see that the spots on my hands are getting lighter and lighter. I only use it when I go to bed at night because I don't want to wash it off during the daytime. I have also been using it on two dark spots on my face, and one is barely distinguishable and the other has lightened considerably.
