Since I started with BIO X4, I have stopped craving carbs and lost 15 lbs in five weeks. It's been great for me so far. I have been eating steak and vegetables four out of seven days, and have the energy to workout daily. I have also lost 4 inches in my waist. I highly recommend this and will continue to use this product.
