I'm not even sure when I started my trial of Total Restore, but since taking it, I've noticed less overall bloating. I continued taking my OTC probiotic as well, and I'm not sure if taking them both helped with the bloating or not. I have just taken my last capsule today and would really like to order more, however, since watching the video on the Lectin Shield, I'm wondering which would be better? Or how the two differ. I plan on calling for help on this because I was pleased with what I've experienced.
