    Don’t use

    Overall Experience:

    My items took five weeks to arrive. I used the onsite measurement guide, and they recommended the sizes. The were both too big. First one about a size too big and the second at least two sizes. I floated in it.

    Then I began the refund process! Ha, not a chance. I was told products would have to ship back to China and that products often got lost on route or stuck in customs. I was also told I’d be responsible for any customs charges. When I indicated this was not appropriate customer service, they offered to pay me 25% of what the garments were worth.

    I didn’t realize I was buying from China or would never have used the site. I was originally told up to 10 days shipping.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      - Please make sure the item(s) in the return package matches with the return requests.

      Any unmatched item(s) might result in a loss at the return center.

      - Item(s) must be returned with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed, in the original bag.

      After you have mailed back the package, please provide a return tracking number to us, then we will check.

      If you do not have a return tracking, kindly send us a picture of the return receipt.

      Once we have received the return, we will issue the refund per your request.
