I used the product for the full 90 days to give it the full benefit of the doubt. It did nothing for me at all. At first, it seemed to give me some energy but within a couple of weeks, nothing.
I did get a partial refund, but I think the return policy is a bit hazy. I was under the understanding that I could use the product for 90 days then if it doesn't work, it can be returned. The policy is actually, you must call before the 90 days is up. I used my product for the 90 days, wrote two emails which went unanswered, then finally called and was told I called too late!
I was actually going to try another Gundry product but will not try any other product or refer to friends. If you are going to stand behind your product, you need to stand behind it. Very disappointed.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
