With all the refinances we have done, NewDay has been the best. William Couillard answered all the questions that we had. He also explained the loan in terms that we could understand. He talked us through all the paperwork that needed to be signed online. We received copies of all the paperwork that was done for our loan process. This was the easiest refinance we have done. We would recommend NewDay to anyone that needs to refinance their home. Our interest rate was higher than other rates we saw at 3.75%, but NewDay rolled everything into our mortgage, which was good.
