To give a brief summary of what the BIO X4 has done for me, I just want to first tell how it was before I started taking the product. When I ate a meal, the food seemingly just wanted to stay in the stomach and not want to keep going to the small intestines. I felt nauseated, yucky, heartburn, and even sometimes felt like I should throw up. A few times I did.
After starting with BIO X4, it took several days before I started feeling results. I took one capsule a few minutes before I ate a meal, with a glass of water as the directions were. I don't get that sick feeling anymore, except when I forget to take the capsule, or when I am at another place for a meal and I forgot to take one along.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
