I probably didn't take the pills correctly at first because I got sick with pneumonia. So I took it off and on. I didn't really see any weight loss on my first bottle because of the way I didn't take them three times a day. I still had a hard time taking them 20 minutes before I ate. Sometimes I took them right after I ate because I thought I would at least get the good stuff to help eliminate fat. I'm ready to get a second bottle and take them the right way.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
