If I could give a zero I would. They lied to me to get me to purchase the treatment. "Scam" is just the right term for this company. The treatment failed, and they refused to refund. Please stay clear of them.

We would like to verify that results in any aligner treatment are never guaranteed. That said, we will continue to prescribe aligners until optimal results within our protocol are achieved. If a customer is still not happy with their results, they're able to apply for a refund through a review performed by our dental team.
