I’m always looking for new and great health tips. I read about BIO X4, so I tried it. It took a while, but after two bottles, I noticed it keep me feeling less bloated and very regular. Especially when I take antibiotics, it kills the good bacteria. This helped me maintain a good environment in my digestion. I will continue to take it. We all need good probiotics.
