    Scentbird

    Love the idea, but the customer service is non existent.

    Overall Experience:

    I keep Scentbird because they have an awesome list of designer perfumes, and the price isn't bad. I love looking through the perfumes and adding them to my queue. My three-star rating is because I've contacted Scentbird at least three times asking questions and nobody ever got back to me! This was well over two months ago, so I know they aren't going to respond.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

However, I checked your email support history and it shows that you were responded by our support agent Kelly B. two days after you sent the ticket.
