I tried Hydroxycut and cleanses and slim this and slim that. I started weighing 154 lbs and am a 5ft 5in woman, so curvy to start. In two weeks with NO diet and light exercise, I have lost 10 lbs. So I am now 144 and counting. I am taking six a day. No negative side effects.
