    Never received order, Wish will not refund money.

    Overall Experience:

    I ordered an item back in May of 2017. They asked me to wait and during that time I received other items that I ordered. I may have ordered a couple of hundred dollars worth of items, so I was getting some items each week, not keeping an eye on the time limes. Some items did come late, and they did ask me to wait a bit longer on this order, but never gave me a new date.

    Anyway, it never came. When I went and asked the so-call "customer service" they said I was over a 30-day return policy and I should have acted earlier, so from their end it's so sad/ too bad, we got you money.

    It's my 25 bucks, and they will not give it back nor give me credit nor send me the item, even up to today’s emails they will not give me my money back. Their motto of "At Wish we have your back" is a lie. You pay your money and take your chances.

    When you email them, you get a different person each and every time, and they give you the same line each time, the 30-day policy. They even changed the status to say I got no order pending.

    It’s like being robbed.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
