This is the best supplement I've ever had! I am correcting so many issues with this. I'm experiencing the best results. Weight loss is number one. Energy gain, number two. Regular bowels, number three. Less gas, number four. I am on dialysis and must lose weight in order to get my kidney transplant. This is helping me with ease. I haven't started exercising yet. I don't feel hungry, but I don't feel a hunger suppression like other pills give you. No matter what your reasons are for taking this, everyone will benefit from it.
