Some of my items don't show up, period, but I normally get a refund if it doesn't. One time my order didn't arrive, and I got no refund. I love this site. I always find new and interesting things. Very decent prices as well. Make sure you read the description fully, and make sure you order your right size (most sizes are China sizes, which are smaller than US sizes).
Always check for a "group buy" as well. You'll get an even better price.
