I started this product about a month and a half ago and I wanted to fix my digestive system to fix any internal issues I'm having so that I may progress in my fitness journey. So far so good. It has adapted to my body well. No side effects and I'm so happy to find something a doctor founded and recommends. I wanted honest answers to everyday problems. It's so hard to filter out the BS that is sold every day for profit. I didn't want to really anything to harm my body. And I won't take anything that will. It helps me digest foods and helps me go daily in a consistent manner. Which I guess it means it works.
Now I'm looking for something to jump start my metabolism in a healthy way from Nucific. I'm in my 30s, so I'm working to fix my body back to a healthy state. Any recommendations? Overall decent prices (which I can afford) and good product. I think I'll be sticking to this for awhile with a combination of normal vitamins I take. Thanks for a decent product and price.
