The first couple of weeks I tried it, I didn't see results, I even started getting bloated, but then I received an email from Nucific that said to eat foods high in fiber and drink lots of water (which I wasn't), so I bought some acacia fiber powder and drank more water too, and within the next two weeks the bloating went away, and I started losing weight. I have also been calorie counting and watching what I eat. I have a colleague who is calorie counting as well and has not lost the weight that I have (I've lost 10 pounds since I started almost two months ago). Give it a try, but you have to stick with it, don't give up, I almost did and don't regret sticking with it!
