I bought four egg incubators for a school project. Five days into the project, we had to cancel everything because one of the incubators had melted! Another smelled like melted plastic, and the third's motor gave out. This speaks for the quality of their products. I decided NEVER AGAIN will I purchase electronics or electrical items online!
But it gets worst! Trying to get a refund is the biggest joke ever! There is absolutely no way to speak to an agent. You have to go through your account and your purchase history! But in my case, this transaction history just disappeared! I left them my number for a callback, but all I got is an email telling me once again to go through my transaction history.
My decision is clear - I will NEVER AGAIN purchase from Wish, and I will forbid my kids to do so as well!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
