    Poorest customer service!

    Overall Experience:

    My first order on Wish they put through the amount twice. At first, I was really satisfied with the speed of the reply from the customer service saying they will refund me. Three months passed and I still didn’t receive my refund. Then the other day I accidentally order something and canceled it immediately, BUT OF COURSE, it went off my bank account. I've tried to explain several times to Wish customer service my problem, but every time I had to speak to someone new and explained again and just got the same message that said “we will refund you or the amount never went off.”

    But I had sent them the PROOF of the amount that went off!

    I'M absolutely DISGUSTED with the service! It might be unique and cheap products but stealing from others is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

    Oh, and by the way, if your product got lost in the post, they will also say, “we will refund you.” That's also absolute NONSENSE.

    To all my friends and family, work colleagues and clients, I will never in my life again encourage them to buy on Wish. If I wanted to lose $30 for the fun of it, I would have bought myself chocolates or went gambling.

    Thank you Wish for you absolute HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
