The counselor I was matched with makes me feel as though she really cares. She listens and understands and helps me to better understand myself. She has helped me through grief, helped me to strengthen my marriage, and helped me to rebuild my self-confidence. You can’t put a price tag on feeling better mentally and emotionally.
It’s completely confidential. I live in a very small town, so everyone knows who is in therapy and who isn’t. No one knows I am seeking help. Just my therapist.
